Information in Wonderland

    During the winter holiday, I watched some historical documentaries.  When I learn something rare, I tend to research as deeply as I can, especially when it challenges common knowledge.  I start finding connections, truths, and realizations about what I know and the world we live in.  I start reading, and before I know it, it is a few hours past bedtime.  It is like Alice in Wonderland, and the rabbit hole is enticing.

    The amount of information easily available online is limited and difficult to navigate.  Information is hidden and censorship is high.  I often feel I lack the skills and knowledge to find all of the information I seek.  However, I have a gut-feeling when something is not true.  I hope I can nurture the ability to think critically to discern truth.

    If you start talking to me about one of many interesting topics, I will become unusually talkative.  I always want to learn something new.
